IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell.
This is a varied, hands-on role, with forklift driving making up around 15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so you will be expected to work wherever needed across the operation.
What We Offer*£15.47 per hour.
*£23.20 per hour overtime after 38 hours.
*4-day working week, with one fixed weekday off each week.
*Every weekend off.
*Temporary to permanent opportunity.

Key Duties*Operate a Counterbalance FLT when required.
*Build pallets and move stock safely around the site.
*Wash IBCs.
*Complete paperwork and checks accurately.
*Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit.
*Support the warehouse and production teams with other duties as required.
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
Requirements*Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent.
*Recent Counterbalance FLT experience.
*Excellent attention to detail, which is essential in a food business.
*Reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.
*Own transport is essential due to the location.
