Are you looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are recruiting for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative/Administrators to join a growing logistics team in Oxford.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, parcel handling, administration and computer-based tasks. You’ll play an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while working as part of a supportive team.

Shift Available
Please note: shifts cannot be amended or changed.
*Monday-Friday, 06:00-15:00
Pay Rate: £12.92 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Temporary to Permanent after 12 successful weeks
Start Date: ASAP

What will you be doing?
*Sorting, scanning, loading and unloading parcels
*Using computers, smartphones and internal systems to process and track deliveries
*Completing data entry, system updates and information checks
*Supporting drivers and the wider team with daily operations
*Identifying and reporting any parcel, system or operational issues
*Helping to ensure the warehouse and daily operations run efficiently
What we’re looking for:
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Basic computer and smartphone skills
*Able to carry parcels and work on your feet throughout the shift
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
