Job Description:
Full job descriptionExperienced in freight billing / invoicing within a busy Air Freight operation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process customer air freight invoices
*Review invoices for accuracy and correct rate application
*Act as escalation point for invoice queries
*Liaise with Operations to ensure all charges are captured
*Oversee bulk invoicing and supplier invoice matching
*Support month-end and year-end close
*Identify and improve billing processes
Key Skills:
*Freight billing experience (Air Freight preferred)
*Cargowise experience essential
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator with problem-solving ability
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Monday to Friday 9.00am -17.30pm
