Role: Full 360 Recruitment Consultant | Permanent Construction
The OpportunityThink Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Sutton Coldfield office.
This is a genuine 360 role for someone who knows how to build a desk, win new business and develop long-term client relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own market, build your client base and grow a successful permanent construction desk with the support of an established recruitment business behind you.
If you’re already an experienced construction recruiter with a proven billing record and a strong commercial mindset, this is an opportunity to take ownership and make a desk your own.
What You’ll Be Doing*Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.
*Building and developing your own permanent construction desk.
*Winning new clients through proactive business development, networking and relationship building.
*Developing long-term partnerships with clients across the construction sector.
*Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality construction professionals.
*Managing the recruitment process from brief to offer.
*Growing your market presence and becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
*Taking ownership of your pipeline, billing and business development activity.
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
*A strong track record of billing and winning new business.
*Experience building and growing a recruitment desk.
*Confidence in business development and client acquisition.
*A commercial, ambitious and self-motivated approach.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Construction recruitment experience is highly desirable, although recruiters from similar sectors with strong business development experience will also be considered.
