The role
As a Real Estate Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll handle a broad caseload across a range of transaction types. Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising on property acquisitions and disposals
*Managing leasing transactions and estate management matters
*Drafting and reviewing property documentation, including leases and licences
*Liaising with clients, counterparties and professional advisers
*Managing files effectively from instruction through to completion
*Developing lasting client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Property Solicitor who:
*Has 4+ years’ PQE in commercial and/or residential property
*Is comfortable managing a varied caseload
*Has hands-on experience with transactional property work
*Has good organisational and drafting skills
*Communicates clearly and confidently with clients
*Takes a practical, commercially minded approach
*Works well both independently and as part of a team
