*Manage consolidated financial reporting and analysis.
*Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

*Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
*Review and improve financial processes and controls.
*Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Profile
A successful Group Finance Manager should have:
*A strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
*Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
*Proficiency in accounting systems and financial tools.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A relevant accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Experience in the energy & natural resources sector is advantageous.
