Full job descriptionOur client is looking for a Stores Operative to join their team and play a key role during an exciting period of change as they prepare to introduce Microsoft Dynamics 365 across their operations.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient, safe, and well-structured stores environment.

Job Description
*Identify, establish, and clearly mark default storage locations to support efficient receiving, storage, picking, and issuing of stock.
*Carry out stock checks and location verification activities to help ensure physical inventory accurately matches new system records.
*Support the implementation and organisation of Kanban bins and production cells, ensuring stock quantities, replenishment points, labels, and locations are clearly defined and easy to understand.
*Identify and promptly report any discrepancies or issues relating to stock, labelling, locations, goods receiving, or system data to the Supply Chain Manager or appropriate Stores team member.

*Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
*Comfortable working in a busy stores or warehouse environment.
*Confident handling stock, labels, locations, and inventory records.
