*Hourly Rate: £15.56 PAYE
*Location: Sheffield City Centre
*Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week
We are excited to offer the opportunity for three Neighbourhood Matching Officers to join our client in a new team during a dynamic period of change and development. These positions are crucial in assisting households to transition smoothly into suitable accommodation, ensuring an effective and positive customer journey from start to finish.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Coordinate and support the housing allocation and tenancy onboarding process.
*Match households with suitable properties based on their needs.
*Conduct assessments of property suitability.
*Manage tenancy sign-up appointments and explain tenancy agreements, rights, and responsibilities to new tenants.
*Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient process completion.
*Manage cases through to completion while maintaining accurate records.
*Deliver a consistently positive customer experience throughout the housing journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in estate agency, property management, lettings, or customer-facing roles involving housing or property services is advantageous but not essential.
*Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively under pressure.
*Strong process-driven approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across teams.
*Resilience and capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
