Salary up to £80,000
We’re partnering with a successful and growing organisation in Cambridgeshire seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of the finance function and provide strategic support to senior stakeholders during an exciting period for the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Leading the month-end and year-end reporting process
*Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
*Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance
*Producing insightful management information and analysis
*Driving finance process and system improvements
*Business partnering with operational and senior leadership teams
*Managing and developing members of the finance team
*Sales and margin analysis
*Supporting wider strategic and commercial initiatives
About You
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
*Proven Financial Controller or leadership level experience
*Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
*Experience improving finance processes and controls
*Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
*Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
