Location: Luton
Salary: £12.71 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client’s warehouse team in Luton on a potential temp to perm basis, with a genuine opportunity to grow into a permanent role for the right person.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our clients warehouse, with duties including:
*Pick and pack
*Goods in
*Loading and unloading
*Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required
*Participating in stock takes
What We’re Looking For
*Prior warehouse experience essential
*Demonstrable competence in pick and pack
*A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to get stuck in
*Reliable and punctual
*Flexible approach to working hours - shifts may vary (e.g. 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30), with occasional Saturday cover required
*Someone looking for a long-term opportunity, as this role is temp to perm
