Hybrid: 3 days per week in office
About the RoleWe’re looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client’s HR team and help drive recruitment activity across the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing multiple vacancies, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
The RoleAs Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring vacancies progress efficiently from approval through to appointment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agencies, providing practical recruitment support whilst helping the firm attract and secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities*Managing recruitment campaigns across a variety of business areas.
*Drafting engaging job adverts, job descriptions and attraction materials.
*Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and professional networks.
*Managing candidate communications and recruitment pipelines.
*Coordinating interviews, assessments and selection activities.
*Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment guidance.
*Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external suppliers.
*Maintaining accurate recruitment data, records and reporting.
*Supporting onboarding and pre-employment screening processes.
*Promoting fair, inclusive and compliant recruitment practices.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who can bring:
*Experience managing recruitment campaigns within an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
*Proven candidate sourcing experience across multiple recruitment channels.
*Experience supporting and advising hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A proactive approach and confidence to provide practical recruitment advice.
Desirable*Recruitment experience within professional services, legal, financial services or another regulated environment.
*Experience producing recruitment resources, guides or training materials.
*Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment technology and recruitment analytics.
