Full job descriptionoin a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract as a Fencer / Groundworker, covering Huntingdon and surrounding areas.

I’d love to hear from anyone with experience in fencing, groundworks or property maintenance.

As a Fencer / Groundworker, you will be:
• Carrying out fence repairs and installations
• Installing and repairing fencing posts and panels
• Carrying out slabbing and paving work
• Installing edgings and kerbing
• Completing basic groundwork duties
• Working across domestic properties
• Completing work to a high standard

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous fencing experience
• Groundwork experience
• Experience with slabbing, edgings and kerbing
• Experience working across domestic properties
• A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence
• Ideally based in or around Huntingdon

The Fencer / Groundworker role is offering:
• £32,000 per year
• Company van and fuel card
• 35 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Option to buy and sell annual leave

• Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
