Full job descriptionYour Company:
NET Recruit is pleased to be partnering with an established and highly creative independent agency in their search for a Junior Creative (AI-Integrated) to join their studio in Bournemouth. With more than 60 years of experience producing award-winning B2B creative work, the organisation has continued to evolve alongside the industry, embracing new technologies and approaches to help its clients produce work that stands out.
Working with some of the world’s biggest brands across technology, cyber security, finance, and insurance, the agency combines strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences. The successful candidate will join a collaborative creative environment where AI is being integrated into the creative process to enhance ideas and unlock new possibilities.

Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to:
*Supporting the development of creative ideas across integrated campaigns, social media, digital, and content.
*Working alongside experienced creatives to develop concepts from initial ideas through to finished executions.
*Using generative AI tools to explore concepts, experiment with visual directions, and develop creative ideas.
*Translating creative concepts into strong visual executions and presentations.
*Creating digital and social-first creative assets for a range of clients and campaigns.
*Supporting the development of motion and video content where required.
*Working collaboratively with designers, writers, strategists, motion specialists, and other members of the wider agency team.
*Helping to prepare creative presentations, prototypes, concepts, and campaign assets.
*Experimenting with emerging creative technologies and finding new ways to improve the creative process.
*Supporting projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring work is produced to a high standard.
*Contributing ideas during creative brainstorms and team discussions.
*Developing an understanding of client requirements, target audiences, and wider campaign objectives.
*Staying curious about emerging creative trends, tools, technologies, and AI-enabled workflows.
*Taking feedback positively and using it to continually develop your creative skills and understanding.
What You Will Need to Apply:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have 1–2 years’ professional experience within a creative agency, studio, or similar environment, together with a portfolio that demonstrates both your creative thinking and your ability to execute strong visual work.
You will need confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar creative software, with a good understanding of how to develop and refine creative work using digital design tools.
Experience experimenting with or using generative AI tools within a creative context is important. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be genuinely curious about how emerging technology can be used to explore ideas, develop concepts, and enhance creative output.
Experience supporting or creating motion and/or video content would be highly advantageous, as would experience developing digital and social-first creative assets.
You will be someone who naturally brings ideas to the table and enjoys exploring different creative approaches. Strong visual instincts, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment will be important.
As this is a junior position, you don’t need to have mastered every aspect of creative production. What matters is that you are curious, ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, with the drive to develop your skills and take on increasing responsibility.
You should also be comfortable working collaboratively, receiving feedback, and contributing positively within a busy creative studio environment.

What You Will Get in Return:
In return for your skills and experience, the company is offering a salary of up to £32,000, depending on experience, alongside the opportunity to join an established and forward-thinking creative agency in Bournemouth.
You will have the opportunity to work with major global brands across technology, cyber security, finance, and insurance, gaining exposure to a wide variety of creative projects, industries, and audiences.
The agency is actively exploring how AI can reshape the creative process, meaning you will have the opportunity to work with emerging tools and technologies rather than simply observing how the industry evolves. You will be encouraged to experiment, test new approaches, and learn from experienced creatives around you.
You will also work alongside experienced designers, writers, strategists, and motion specialists, providing an excellent environment in which to build your creative skills and develop your understanding of agency life.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior Creative who is at the beginning of their career and wants to work somewhere that values great ideas, curiosity, experimentation, and continuous development.
