A leading global organisation is looking for an experienced Transformation Architect to lead business transformation and Oracle Fusion ERP programmes, shaping architecture, business processes and operating models across major global change initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
*Owning and delivering the target architecture for strategic programmes covering Oracle Fusion, Finance, Tax, HR, Marketing and related platforms.
*Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud, and wider HR and Finance ecosystems in large global enterprises.
*Acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) in how Oracle Fusion can optimise, streamline and accelerate core business processes.
*Proven ability to design target architectures, transition states and end-to-end solution architectures for large programmes.
*Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
*TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
*Oracle ERP certification desirable
