Hours: Full Time – Flexibility required for occasional evening/weekend work
Our client is a growing wellbeing and fitness organisation based in Kettering, dedicated to helping individuals improve their health and, physical and mental wellbeing through a range of innovative services and programmes. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Media Assistant to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who is passionate about content creation, social media, digital marketing, and the wellbeing sector.
The Role
As Marketing & Media Assistant, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and grow the organisation’s online presence.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Creating and scheduling engaging content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and LinkedIn
*Producing and editing video content, podcasts and other multimedia assets
*Managing customer engagement and community interaction across social media platforms
*Creating, managing and reporting on paid social media advertising campaigns
*Supporting the development and delivery of marketing strategies for new campaigns and services
*Monitoring audience trends, customer insights and competitor activity
*Conducting SEO analysis and reporting to improve online visibility
*Assisting with website updates and ongoing maintenance
*Building brand awareness through strategic networking and industry connections
*Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven recommendations

Desirable Skills & Experience
*Marketing, Media, Communications or Digital Marketing qualification
*Alternatively, relevant practical marketing experience
*Experience creating and editing video and podcast content
*Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools
*A genuine interest in health, fitness, wellbeing or personal development
*Experience working within the health, fitness, leisure or wellbeing sector would be advantageous
*Driving License – as travel may be required to multiple sites
