We’re looking for a Senior IFA Administrator / Report Writer to join our client’s dynamic team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting their advisers and delivering exceptional client service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Managing and updating client records using Intelligent Office (IO)
*Conducting product and fund research to support advisers
*Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate registers
*Preparing valuation tables and review packs for client meetings
*Acting as a key point of contact for advisers, clients, and providers
*Ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards
What You’ll Bring:
*Proven experience in financial services administration and report writing
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Experience with IO and knowledge of IHT planning is a plus
*Professional qualifications are desirable but not essential
