Looking for your first step into the world of Finance Analytics?

We’re partnering with a large, highly respected organisation to recruit a Reporting Analyst based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior analyst looking to develop their skills within a data-driven environment and gain exposure to real business decision-making.*Producing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analysis
*Interpreting data to identify trends and insights
*Supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
*Reviewing reporting processes and suggesting improvements
*Working with large datasets using Excel and reporting tools
We’re looking for:*A recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in Data Analytics
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
*Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
