Full job descriptionJoin a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract working across Peterborough. As a Roofer, you’ll be part of a dedicated repairs team carrying out work across domestic properties.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Roofer with experience in domestic or social housing repairs.

As a Roofer, you will be:
• Carrying out repairs to pitched and flat roofs
• Completing tile repairs, mortar work and general roof maintenance
• Working from specifications, reports and repair requirements
• Completing general building repairs linked to roofing work
• Working safely and meeting required deadlines
• Recording work activity and completing documentation

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
• An NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Roofing, or relevant roofing experience
• Previous experience carrying out roofing repairs on domestic or social housing properties
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to complete work within set timescales
• A full UK driving licence
• Ideally based in or around the Peterborough area due to the location of the work

The Roofer role is offering:
• £37,000 per year
• Company van and fuel card
• 35 days annual leave including bank holidays

Location & travel
This role covers Peterborough and the surrounding areas, working across domestic properties. A company van and fuel card are provided for work-related travel.
