Up to £40,000 | Fully Office-Based
Are you an experienced Financial Administrator looking for a role where you can develop your career within financial planning and wealth management?
My client is looking for an organised, proactive Financial Administrator to join their close-knit team in Cranbrook. You’ll work closely with one of the Directors, providing high-level adviser support and helping to keep the day-to-day client and business activity running smoothly.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
• Supporting a Director with day-to-day workload management, including emails, client queries, deadlines and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate client records and inputting financial information onto internal systems
• Preparing client information and ensuring everything is ready for meetings
• Managing and chasing pipeline business through to completion
• Liaising with Paraplanners, colleagues, providers and clients to keep cases progressing
• Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
• Producing reports and assisting with ad hoc requirements across the business
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have 3+ years’ experience within Financial Services and be someone who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
• A confident communicator who builds strong relationships
• IT confident, numerate and comfortable working with financial information
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
• Positive, reliable and willing to get involved across the wider team
