Edmund & Evans has partnered with a fast-growing executive search firm specialising in Asset Management and Insurance. The business has more than doubled its revenue and grown from 6 to 14 people in just 18 months.
This is not a typical trainee recruitment consultant role. There are no commission targets, traditional recruitment desk or high-volume calling. Instead, you’ll be trained to understand financial markets, identify senior talent and support retained executive searches for major financial institutions.
No previous recruitment or executive search experience is required.

The roleAs a Graduate Executive Search Associate, you’ll work alongside senior consultants delivering retained searches across Asset Management and Insurance.
You’ll be involved in:
*Researching financial services firms, markets and competitors
*Identifying and approaching senior-level professionals
*Market mapping and producing high-quality research
*Supporting candidate interviews and client projects
*Building relationships with senior professionals
*Taking on greater candidate and client responsibility as you develop
The aim is to give you the market knowledge, commercial understanding and search experience to progress into a client-facing Executive Search Consultant.

Who are we looking for?You do not need a specific degree or previous recruitment experience. What matters is your potential and genuine interest in the industry.
