Full job description Forklift Driver & Stock Controller
Summary:
Join a leading independent supplier of bespoke parts in Harlow! We’re looking for a dynamic Forklift driver / Stock Controller to support our client’s warehouse and distribution operations. Location: Harlow
Contract Type: Temp
Hourly Rate: £13.50
Working Pattern: Full Time
*Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 16:30 (1-hour lunch)
*Friday: 08:00 to 16:00 (30-minute lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in all aspects of warehouse and distribution support.
*Operating fork lift
*Loading and unloading lorries
*Booking in and putting away stock to location
*Operate internal PDA scanners and courier IT despatch systems.
*Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management to meet customer obligations and company goals.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
*Current forklift licence with background of safely operating forklift in warehouse environment
*Familiar with stock control and booking systems
*Experience with manual handling.
*Familiarity with courier booking portals (DPD & DX Delivery preferred but not essential).
*Enjoy working as part of a small team and contributing to a positive work environment.
