Edmund & Evans has partnered with a fast-growing specialist executive search firm working across Asset Management, Wealth Management and Insurance.
The business has more than doubled its revenue in 18 months and works exclusively on retained executive searches, with relationships at CEO level and over 40% of assignments internationally.
This is not high-volume recruitment. You’ll be trained to understand financial markets, research businesses, identify senior talent and support major financial institutions with important leadership hires.

What will you be doing?You’ll work alongside senior consultants on retained searches across financial services, including:
*Researching companies, markets and competitors
*Identifying and approaching senior professionals
*Market mapping and competitor analysis
*Supporting client pitches and briefings
*Interviewing potential candidates
*Managing search projects as your experience develops
*Attending industry events and client meetings
You’ll gradually take on more responsibility, with the aim of developing into a fully-fledged Executive Search Consultant.

Who are we looking for?No recruitment experience is required, but a genuine interest in financial services is essential.
You’ll ideally be:
*A bright, ambitious graduate who is quick to learn
*Interested in financial markets, businesses and people
*A strong written and verbal communicator
*Professional and confident speaking with senior individuals
*Organised with excellent attention to detail
*Motivated to build a long-term, high-earning career
