We are over the moon to partner with secondary schools across Bromborough (CH62) to find driven, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join classrooms immediately!
Local leaders are on the hunt for grounded, assertive individuals who know how to connect with 11-16-year-olds and keep classroom momentum soaring. If you love seeing young people hit those "ahh!" moments and want a dynamic role where no two days feel the same, we want you on board today.
What We Are Looking For:
*If you have experience supporting teenagers (in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or tutoring) and are ready to step up, we want to hear from you TODAY.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply immediately).
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Supporting pupils aged 11-16 academically, socially, and emotionally across key subjects.
*Working 1:1 or with small targeted groups to keep students engaged and on task.
*Assisting teachers with marking standard worksheets and tracking daily student effort.
*Monitoring classroom dynamics to ensure a productive, safe, and respectful learning environment.
*Building positive, professional rapport with pupils to boost classroom confidence.
