Job Description:
Full job descriptionPertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our public sector client in the Murrayburn area of Edinburgh.
Role – Customer Service Advisor
Location – Edinburgh West, EH14 area
Hours – Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1700
Pay rate - £14.51 per hour
Duration – 3 months initially with possible extension
Start date – as soon as possible
The successful candidates will be joining an established team, carrying out, but not limited to the below:
*Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
*Carrying out ID checks
*Checking applications
*Processing applications
*Producing documentation
*Answering any questions
*Any other tasks as required
Key skills required:
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong communication skills
*Previous administrative experience
