Description
*Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via inbound calls.
*Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
*Log and update customer interactions and queries in the system.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
*Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
*Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
*Experience in handling customer queries is preferred but not essential.
*A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
*Can commit to a 3 month temporary contract.
