Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established business in Shipley who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
This is a varied role combining customer service, complaints handling, administration and KPI reporting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a busy and varied position.
The RoleYou will be responsible for:
*Dealing with customer complaints and making sure they are directed to the right team
*Investigating and resolving complaints where appropriate
*Keeping customers updated and managing correspondence
*Working closely with internal departments to resolve customer queries
*Collecting and analysing data to produce KPI reports
*Presenting KPI information internally and externally
*Supporting with quotations and processing orders
*Providing general administration support across the Sales team
About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience in customer service, sales or a similar coordination role
*Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers and internal teams
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Experience working with data and KPIs
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
*A proactive and flexible approach
*Good customer service and problem-solving skills
