Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference?
We are working with a welcoming mainstream school in Barnet that is seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September.
The successful candidates will provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs across KS2, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop their independence within the classroom.
The Role:
*Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs
*Working across KS2
*Support pupils with their learning, engagement and social development
*Help children access the curriculum and participate positively in school life
*Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
*Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to support individual needs
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*Have previous experience working with children with additional needs
*Ideally have experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or similar setting
*Be patient, nurturing and understanding
*Be proactive, adaptable and confident
*Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
