Full job descriptionSales Ledger Assistant – Woolpit, Suffolk – 12-Month FTC
If you like a job where the invoice goes out right first time and the query gets answered before it becomes a problem, this one’s worth a look.
You’ll join a busy billing and credit control team at a fast-growing infrastructure business, raising sales invoices and credit notes, keeping records accurate and up to date, and checking quotation details meet audit standards before anything goes out the door.
You’ll be a first point of contact when customers or the sales team have a query on an invoice — so a calm, clear communicator who can keep a varied workload moving will do well here.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract — a solid way to build billing and sales ledger experience, or get a foot in the door with a growing group of companies.
What you’ll need:
*Experience in a high-volume, high invoice-value environment
*Customer service and data entry experience
*Confident, clear communication and a sharp eye for detail
Nice to have: credit control or sales ledger experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, or exposure to D365 or a similar finance system.
