Shift Pattern
*12-hours 7pm-7am
*36-hour contract to work 3 waking nights per week on a rota basis Monday to Sunday
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
*Encouraging independence and community involvement
*Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
*Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
What We’re Looking For
*A genuine desire to help others
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Flexibility and a positive attitude
*No formal qualifications required-just the right mindset
