Job Summary
Robert Half is working with a leading property management company based in Central Leeds, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their leasing team on a temporary basis.
This is a customer-facing, telephone-based role where you will be speaking with prospective tenants regarding rental properties, arranging viewings and following up with customers to gather feedback.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling both inbound and outbound calls
*Following up on enquiries for available rental properties
*Speaking with prospective tenants and answering their initial queries
*Booking and coordinating property viewings
*Following up after viewings to obtain customer feedback
*Updating internal systems with enquiry and viewing information
*Providing a friendly, professional and positive customer experience
About You
*Immediately available and able to start ASAP
*Confident and personable with an excellent telephone manner
*Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to customers throughout the day
*Customer-focused with strong communication skills
*Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
*Previous customer service, call centre, sales, lettings or property experience would be beneficial but is not essential
*Happy to work 5 days per week from the Central Leeds office
