What will the Financial Accountant role involve?
*Preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
*Supporting month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany accounting
*Maintaining and reconciling the fixed asset register and assisting with year-end and external audit requirements
*Producing financial analysis and supporting management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
*Working closely with colleagues across the business to improve reporting processes, controls, and data accuracy
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Accountant vacancy:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA quailed with a strong financial accounting background. Will also consider part-qualified or QBE with strong technical accounting experience
*Strong understanding of month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
*Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems
*Well-organised, analytical, and able to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders
*A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop
