We are currently seeking an Education Administrator to join our team in Preston.
As an Education Administrator you will be responsible for facilitating the placement of teachers and support staff into schools and education settings across the region. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates and consultants, as well as supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Role and Responsibilities
• Scanning our systems to contact and reactivate candidates
• Responding to job requests and candidate queries and questions
• Registering new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience and career goals
• Complete relevant background checks and referencing and DBS checks for new candidates
• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering customer enquiries, creating timesheets and making sure that customers always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service
The ideal candidate will have/be;
• Confident on the telephone with a good telephone manner
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Dedicated to excellent customer service
• Driven and motivated to succeed
• Career focussed
• Able to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm
