The Company
This is a fast-growing events and communications agency with a strong inherited client base and dedicated business development bringing in new accounts. The team is collaborative and ego-free, with a culture built on helping each other and getting things done. The London office is a new chapter: the agency has just purchased its own space there and is actively building out its first Senior Event Manager in the capital, along with the wider team, to match its ambitions.
The Role
The Senior Event Manager is a central hire for the London operation, taking full ownership of event delivery across a corporate and internal comms portfolio that spans in-person, hybrid and virtual formats, with an increasing number of international projects in the mix.
- End-to-end delivery of corporate and internal comms events
- Hybrid and virtual event production, including technical and content advisory
- Consulting on how content appears on screen and technical feasibility
- Budget and timeline ownership across individual projects
- Collaborating with project management teams as a production specialist
- Contributing to the growth and shape of the London events team
The Candidate
You are a production or content-focused event professional who has delivered hybrid and virtual events from brief to build, and who is comfortable owning a project top to bottom. A Senior Event Manager background, or an equivalent senior title, in an agency or corporate events environment is the foundation here.
International event experience and a background in consulting on technical feasibility or screen content are beneficial but not essential. Existing knowledge of the corporate or internal comms sector is a plus. What matters most is that you are ready to hit the ground running and bring ideas without waiting to be asked.
