We’re seeking a Lawyer to become part of a collaborative and technology-driven team, advising clients across a broad range of commercial matters. LAWYER ROLE:
*Managing a portfolio of client matters independently from instruction through to completion
*Building and managing client relationships as the primary client contact
*Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of legal and commercial documents
*Managing up to six matters concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines
*Working autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders as required
*Delivering work in line with KPI, performance and client service expectations
LAWYER ESSENTIALS:
*Demonstrating approximately three years’ post-qualification experience in general commercial law within private practice or in-house environments across England and Wales
*Managing commercial legal matters independently and taking ownership of files from instruction through to completion
*Advising on technology and intellectual property contracts
*Supporting privacy, data protection and GDPR-related matters
*Advising on employment law matters
*Building strong client relationships through direct client engagement and a personable approach
*Utilising legal technology platforms confidently and effectively
*Working autonomously, efficiently and proactively to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines
