*Client: Bury Council
*Location: Radcliffe, Bury, M26 1WR
*Contract: Temporary, Full-time, Office Based.
*Duration:12 Months
*Pay: £ 15.31 - £15.56 per hour PAYE
*Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:45am to 5:15pm)
Bury Council are looking for a temporary Centre Co-Ordinator to manage operation of Graft in Radcliffe, provide an efficient, cost effective centre management with a focus on promotion of the centre, providing excellent customer service to the occupiers and users of the Centre and managing building compliance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*Manage the marketing, promotion and letting of office accommodation and co-working spaces within the centre.
*Complete licences for occupation and maintain occupancy records.
*Drive commercial performance through effective promotion, advertising and marketing activities.
*Monitor income and expenditure, preparing regular reports, projections and reconciliations for senior management.
*Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, complaints and suggestions, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
*Maintain accurate electronic and paper records relating to centre users and occupiers.
*Oversee and monitor cleaning, waste management and other contracted services.
*Develop, implement and review operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient centre operations.
*Ensure all communal internal and external areas are safe, secure, clean and well maintained.
*Manage the collection of licence fees, room hire charges, co-working desk rentals and service recharges.
*Conduct health and safety procedures, including fire alarm testing, fire drills and safety checks.
*Coordinate internal and external mail services and provide central support services for occupiers.
*Liaise with Council departments and service providers to deliver a seamless service.
*Handle security-related matters and ensure the centre remains a safe environment for all users.
*Maintain up-to-date centre information, including website content and occupancy details.
*Take utility meter readings and maintain accurate records.
*Raise requisition orders through the Agresso P2P system and support administration processes, including document scanning.
Experience & Skills Required
*Customer focused and professional.
*Commercially aware with strong business acumen.
*Highly organised and detail oriented.
*An effective communicator, both written and verbal.
*Capable of building positive relationships with occupiers, suppliers and Council colleagues.
*Committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming and professional business environment.
