ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4 month contract.




The Role:


*Acting as the key commercial interface between Procurement & Commercial and business stakeholders.
*Running tender exercises and single-source procurements.
*Managing supplier negotiations, including pricing, commercial terms and conditions.
*Drafting contracts and supporting contract template development.
*Delivering value for money through benchmarking, cost analysis and commercial recommendations.
*Maintaining sourcing pipelines and ensuring procurement data is accurate and up to date.
*Supporting colleagues and sharing commercial best practice across the wider team.


Requirements:


*Experience negotiating supplier contracts, rates, terms and conditions.
*Ability to secure commercial value and manage spend effectively
*Ability to build strong relationships across business functions.
*Experience working autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience within a public sector environment
*CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
