Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join a housing association team in Leatherhead on a temporary basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in housing, property maintenance or repairs administration.
*Previous experience within a housing association, property management or property maintenance environment is essential.
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the maintenance and repairs team, helping to ensure repairs and maintenance requests are dealt with efficiently.
*Liaise with contractors, residents and internal teams to arrange and monitor repairs, appointments and works.
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems, ensuring all maintenance information is kept up to date.
*Immediate availability and the ability to commit to a minimum of 1 month is required, with the potential for the assignment to be extended.
