Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead our client’s digital strategy and drive measurable growth across their digital channels.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on digital expertise and make a direct impact on commercial performance.
The RoleYou will be responsible for:
*Developing and delivering the overall digital marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives.
*Leading digital acquisition across SEO, PPC, paid social, content and other key channels.
*Driving website performance, CRO, customer journeys and digital engagement.
*Using data and analytics to measure performance, optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
*Managing digital budgets, agencies and external partners.
*Identifying new digital opportunities, technologies and channels to support growth.
*Working closely with the Commercial Director and senior leadership team to align digital activity with wider business objectives.
*Leading, developing and inspiring the digital marketing team.
About YouWe’re looking for a senior digital marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering growth through digital marketing.
You will have:
*Previous experience in a Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Director or senior digital marketing role.
*Strong knowledge across SEO, PPC, paid social, analytics and CRO.
*A commercial, data-led approach with a strong understanding of ROI.
*Experience managing agencies, budgets and digital marketing teams.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*A proactive and innovative approach to digital marketing.
