Description
A broad, hands-on Finance Manager role with responsibility for management accounts, budgeting and forecasting across the international group. You’ll be expected to go beyond producing numbers - challenging variances, understanding operational drivers and partnering with stakeholders to improve performance. There’s also a key systems and inventory focus as the business moves to a new manufacturing ERP, alongside the opportunity to take ownership of group consolidation and reporting as you settle into the role.


Key Responsibilities;
*Producing monthly management accounts.
*Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
*Stock valuation and inventory accounting.
*Working closely with manufacturing teams to understand and analyse costs.
*Identifying opportunities to improve cost control and profitability.
*Preparing information for board reporting.
*Supporting ERP and finance system improvements.
*Providing commercially focused analysis and insight to senior management.
*Working across multiple international operations and currencies.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ideally CIMA) with proven Management Accountant experience
*Experience within a manufacturing environment
*Experience of working with overseas entities/ international exposure
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*A commercially minded approach


Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Flexible working hours however, this is 5 days per week in office
*10% - 20% annual bonus, depending on independent and company performance
