Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Description
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property market.
*Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
*Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
*Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
*Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
*Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies.
*Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property industry and competitors.
Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
