Job Title: Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out

Areas to be covered: Yorkshire & North
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + lucrative uncapped commission scheme
Benefits: company car or car allowance & benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out will involve:
*Field sales position selling the design, supply and installation of commercial interiors & fit out
*All of your time will be spent selling to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
*Wide range of order values depending on size and scope
*Turnover target circa £400k-£500k first year looking to grow to £1m in the next three years
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Commercial Interiors & Fit-Out with:
*Must have commercial interiors, office furniture or fit-out sales experience
*Must have sold to occupiers, landlords, property agents, facilities management businesses and main contractors
*Must have contacts within the industry
*Driven, resilient self starter
*Trustworthy, able to work autonomously
