Description
*Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all payments are accounted for.
*Manage payment runs and prioritise urgent payments when required.
*Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies.
*Maintain up-to-date records of all payable transactions.
*Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
*Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
*Previous experience in a similar accounts payable role.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel.
*Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
Job Offer
*Hourly pay between £13.00 and £15.00, dependent on the level of experience.
