We are recruiting a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a specialist educational setting.
Key Duties:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support.
*Assist pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional needs.
*Encourage independence and social development.
*Support behaviour management strategies.
*Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
Ideal Candidate:
*Calm, resilient, and adaptable approach.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
