You will manage the sales progression process from offer through to completion, keeping clients informed and ensuring all parties remain focused on agreed timescales.
Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other agents, you will provide a high level of customer service while resolving issues and keeping transactions moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Progressor:
*Managing sales from agreed offer through to exchange and completion
*Providing regular updates to vendors and keeping them informed throughout the process
*Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other estate agents
*Monitoring sales chains and ensuring all parties are working towards agreed timescales
*Identifying potential issues and taking proactive steps to resolve them
*Maintaining accurate records and delivering a consistently high level of customer service

*Previous experience in residential estate agency
*Experience in sales progression or a strong understanding of the sales process
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
*Confident liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other professionals

*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage issues proactively
*Personable, dependable and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
