Contract: 12-month FTC
I’m partnering with a leading global football and fan engagement business to find a Client Manager to join their partnerships team on a 12-month FTC.
Sitting at the intersection of football, culture, content and brand partnerships, you’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of campaigns for major global brands, ensuring brilliant work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
The Role*Own day-to-day client relationships across assigned accounts and campaigns
*Manage campaigns and projects from briefing through to delivery
*Work closely with creative, strategy, media and commercial teams
*Manage timelines, budgets and overall quality of delivery
*Translate client needs into clear internal actions and briefs
*Identify potential account growth and upsell opportunities
*Support senior client leads across larger partnerships
*Mentor and support junior team members
What They’re Looking For*Experience in account management, client services or partnerships
*Strong experience delivering campaigns and managing clients
*Ideally experience within football, sport, sponsorship, media or creative agencies
*A strong understanding of sports partnerships and sponsorships
*Confident managing multiple stakeholders, timelines and budgets
*Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail
*Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
*A genuine interest in football, sport and fan culture
