IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Assembly Operatives, and Factory Operatives on behalf of Rittal CSM, a market-leading manufacturer based at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth.

Key Duties*Assemble and pack products ready for dispatch.
*Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
*Move materials around the factory.
*Load sheets of metal onto a paint line (up to 20kg).
*Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
*Work safely in line with company health and safety procedures.
*Maintain quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements*Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
*Previous manual, manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory experience is beneficial.
*Good practical skills and ability to use hand tools.
*Ability to follow instructions and production processes accurately.
*Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
*Good communication skills and understanding of English.
*Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
Shift Patterns & Pay RatesFirst Shift
*Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.
*£12.90 per hour.
Second Shift
*Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm.
*£16.13 per hour.
Night Shift
*Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am.
*£17.13 per hour.
