The Resource Consultant Opportunity
Our candidates’ experience is vital to us and this role will be a driving force in ensuring that our Resourcing Team provides exceptional customer service to everyone we work with. As Resource Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Resourcing Team Leader to ensure overall operational excellence within the Resourcing Team. This is a dual role with requirements to cover the call centre agent role alongside the Consultant requirements. This role will be based in Corby.


The responsibilities of theConsultant element will include:
*Provide support to Resourcing Team Leader
*Complete QCRs Complete quality of call reviews with team members to create and ongoing feedback loop with team members allowing us to monitor capability and improvements over time.
*Support the Team Leader with any projects, providing input from the Resourcing Teams perspective
*Cover the Team Leader role during absence, holiday
*Complete 121’s for new resourcers during probationary period
*Raise any issues/concerns from the team to the Team Leader
*Support the Resourcing Team with calls to cover holidays and absense
*Support the allocation of inbound and outbound calls during absence or holiday
*Awareness of Board Report, data reports, 515 reports


The responsibilities of the Resourcer element will include:
*Handle high inbound and outbound call volumes
*Build and maintain relationships with our onsite teams to establish a clear understanding of their client’s requirements and upcoming recruitment
*Source and select candidates in line with client specifications
*Create and place attractive job adverts across several platforms
*Use social media channels to attract candidates
*Deliver results within tight deadlines


Who are we looking for?
To be considered for this role there are a few things you’ll need:
*Knowledge and understanding of a call centre environment
*Ability to demonstrate an understanding an understanding of the business outside the day to day of the resource role
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
*Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Resilient attitude with a flexible approach
*Ability to establish and maintain relationships
