We’re looking for a Affinity Partnership Executive to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £35,000 per annum with a hybrid working pattern.
The Affinity Partnerships Team manages ICAEW’s BenefitsPlus programme, securing and promoting exclusive member benefits with leading brands to enhance member value and generate commercial income.
The successful candidate will manage partner relationships and drive engagement with partner products and services through ICAEW’s marketing channels, delivering against marketing and commission targets.
Working closely with colleagues across the Affinity Partnerships and Commercial teams, as well as wider ICAEW stakeholders, they will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects while following established processes and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
What you will be doing:
*Act as the primary ICAEW contact for a portfolio of affinity partners, providing proactive, consultative relationship management across the full partnership lifecycle.
*Plan, deliver and report on partner marketing activity, maintaining a best-in-class approach and adhering to agreed processes.
*Lead regular partner review meetings to evaluate marketing performance, sales outcomes and growth opportunities, ensuring partnerships deliver maximum value for both parties.
*Provide insights and support to partners on campaign planning and execution, including content, messaging and promotional strategies.
*Deliver budgeted commission and marketing revenue targets for your partnerships, supported by accurate financial reporting and performance tracking.

*Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
*Previous marketing delivery experience
*Proven project / time management skills
*Exceptional interpersonal skills
*Willing to work well as part of a team, with a flexible, can-do attitude.
