Full job descriptionDue to continued growth, organically and via acquisitions, increasing business demands and an expanding UK operation, a newly created position has become available for an experienced Management Accountant to join the finance team.
*The role is predominantly home-based, with occasional travel required to businesses and sites across Yorkshire and the Northwest.

The Job:
You will have ownership of multiple entities where you will be responsible for:
*Preparing monthly management accounts and management information.
*Supporting month-end reporting.
*Producing meaningful analysis of financial performance.
*Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
*Analysing costs, margins and profitability.
*Balance sheet reconciliations.
*Accruals and prepayments.
*WIP.
*Interrogating data.
*Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person:
*Strong Management Accounting experience is required.
*You will be commercially minded, inquisitive, and confident dealing with people outside of finance.
*You must be comfortable working autonomously in a predominantly home-based environment.
*Excellent Excel and financial systems skills are essential.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
