£17 - £20 per hour DOE
North London - onsite
Temporary / Immediate Start
Hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm
A Facilities Management firm are looking for an experienced Temporary Resourcing Coordinator to provide support asap and cover on an ongoing basis for the next few weeks.
You will be responsible for ensuring every planned absence, holiday and last-minute requirement has the right resource in place, with minimal disruption to client service.
Key Responsibilities*Coordinate daily temporary and replacement cover.
*Source suitable employees through Connecteam, WhatsApp groups and internal resource pools.
*Match operatives based on location, availability, shift times and site suitability.
*Contact employees, confirm availability and secure shift commitments.
*Source external cover through platforms such as Indeed Flex when required.
*Confirm arrangements with operational managers.
*Track cover through to attendance and resolve gaps or no-shows proactively.
*Monitor upcoming holidays and known requirements to arrange cover in advance.
About You*Previous experience in fast-paced, high-pressure resourcing/recruitment roles.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Highly proactive, responsive and able to work under pressure.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
*Fluent Spanish speaker – non-negotiable.
*Experience within facilities management or temporary staffing is advantageous.
Core Outcome Every required shift has an appropriate person confirmed, briefed and attending — ensuring minimal disruption to client service.
